This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County to obtain Proposals for the purposes of establishing a vendor of record list (“VOR”) for Architectural and Engineering Services. The County intends to review all responses and approve a number of vendors and keep them on the record list for a period of three (3) years. These approved vendors will then be utilized whenever a related requirement arises. In accordance with the County's purchasing policy, certain jobs will be awarded directly. Others will be forwarded to the Vendors of Record for follow up quotations and awarded after review. See Proposal Document for full details |
