Description: 

This tender is comprised of a single contract for the milling of existing asphalt pavement, parking lot excavation
(where required), and the supply, placement and compaction of HL-3 on 2 sections of Lambton Meadowview Villa's parking lot. The two areas to be resurfaced are marked on the drawing as Phase 1 and Phase 2.

It is the County’s intent to complete Phase 1 of the work in September, 2019. Phase 2 will be completed in the Spring of 2020, subject to budget approval. The rear staff parking area was recently resurfaced and is not included within this requirement.
