The scope of work required under this request includes the complete interior demolition and reconstruction of unit interiors in accordance with the plans and specifications issued by the Architect.

he proposed 2020 budget for this project is $2,000,000.00. Units will be provided during the remainder of
2019 and through 2020 as they become available and are identified for restoration.
