The facilities are located throughout the County of Lambton and while the County would prefer to award all of the work to one single Service Provider. Bidders must therefore agree to service all locations and accordingly provide pricing for all locations on the Form of Tender. Tenders that exclude certain locations will be rejected as incomplete. Service is generally provided after normal business hours and the service provider is required to supply all labour, supervision and equipment as well as the supplies indicated in order to complete the work. The service level required at each specific building will vary dependent upon the number of employees at the facility, the number of visitors and the type of services being delivered.
