Description: 

The County of Lambton Public Health Services Division is developing a nimble strategic plan effective for the period between 2025 to 2027 for Lambton Public Health. The planning process is expected to take 3 months, with an anticipated completion of the plan by November 30, 2024.

The successful Proponent will be required to provide assistance and guidance to the senior management team through the planning process, consisting of the Medical Officer of Health, General Manager, and three (3) program area managers, and includes the development of the final strategic plan product, for approval by the Medical Officer of Health and General Manager
