Description: 

Scope of work to include the removal and replacement of the City of Sarnia’s 150 mm Ø watermain from St. Clair Parkway east to Virgil Avenue (± 220 linear metres) including temporary watermain, tie-ins at side streets, valving, fire hydrants, and servicing. The work also includes the backfilling the watermain trench, placement of granular material,  and restoration of the roadway with three lifts of hot mix asphalt. 

The remainder of the roadway from St. Clair Parkway east to the Talfourd Creek Bridge (± 325 metres) to be milled and paved with two lifts of hot mix asphalt. Other work to include isolated new curb and gutter, catch basin and catch basin lead replacement, shoulder removals, etc.
